| A royal pain. Unless a case has come out recently I've not been able to find one at a Cingular outlet for 6 months. Dust gets inside the screen and must regularly be taken apart to clean. Difficult to lock and unlock (must hit the Menu key dead center and that doesn't always work)or it will scroll up or down the menu. I look forward to being able to rid myself of this phone. |

| Do not get this phone. I am on my second phone. There is nothing but static. My provider told me they pulled the phone after only a short time due to the amount of returns. You are asking for trouble if you buy this phone. |
