This phone has better reception than the last phone I had. I usually don't get reception down at the river, but with this phone I do. I use the Verizon service.
I don't like the plastic case that came with the cellphone, it's a hassel, because you need two hands to remove it from the case. By the time I get it out of the case the phone has already stopped ringing, especially if I have it clipped on my belt.
I also don't like the fact that it's too easy to accidentally push the buttons on the side, and disconnect your party. So I have to be real careful and hold it at the bottom. It is also hard to flip up, the spring is too tight, and if I don't flip it right, it slips back into the down position, and I disconnect whoever is calling.
I would recommend the manufacturer either move the buttons to the inside or fix it somehow, so that if you accidentally touch the side buttons, your party doesn't get disconnected.
It would actually be easier to use if I was left-handed, because then my thumb would just be on the side of the buttons instead of my fingers. I don't need the any extra options on the phone, I won't get this kind again. I just need a basic phone that's easy to answer.
