I have had SPRINT PCS service for 7 years. I have owned three models of Sanyo phones and had excellent service. I currently have two Sanyo 4900s, one I use for personal calls and one used for business. Both have given me exceptional reception as I travel throughout the U.S. on business. The talk time equals or exceeds the listed time of 4.5 hours unless I travel through non-Sprint areas and use the analog mode. I am now considering the Sanyo 4920 which is the same unit but in a more compact case making it easier to carry. Great Phone!
