The sound of the ring is not as loud as my previous phone(not same brand)so miss calls at times. Vibrating selection also not like previous phone so dont realize its going off. Also have had calls end while talking to someone. Ring tone selection is poor.

We have had the v400 for almost a year. It drops calls and have used several extra minutes to get connected again. The receiver volume is not as loud as the ringer volume. The program of numbers and e-mails is very difficult. We liked the camera part of it.

If your looking for a good quality phone this is not the one. I know several people that have this phone, including myslef and we all are having trouble with them. Can't hear out of earpiece built into phone, can't adjust the volume, etc. This phone is a real lemon.

If you're paying a fortune for a phone, you should get some good ringtones, but not with this one. The keypad is easy to use, except that the blue button in the middle of the directional buttons is a bit too small.
The instruction manual is pretty much useless. It tells you how to get to different functions, but not how to use them. never had a problem hearing through the earpiece with other cell phones but with the v400, I am frequently straining to hear, even with the volume all the way up.
